Ministries

Dr. Ellis is the establishmentarian and pastor of Victory Christian Center of Philadelphia. He sheppards the entire flock that God has assigned to his purview and he personally oversees and is the  administrator for the following ministries:

Teach All Nations (T.A.N) - Dr. Ellis's CD's, Books, Podcast, and MP3's
Conquerors Community Development Corporation (CCDC) - Community engagement and resources
Men of Covenant -VCC's Mens Department
VCC Knights - VCC's Armor-bearers
Gap Standers - VCC's Intercessors

Dr. Proctor is the Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor of VCC. His oversight spans to all areas of church administration and business as assigned by our Senior Pastor. He has a heart for our Pastor, Church, and Youth and is personally is the administrator over:

Next Level Youth - Youth group for ages 12-25
Remnant & Ruach - Youth and Adult dance Ministries
Men of Valor- Male Youth Group ages 12-25
Ladies with Vision - Female Youth Group ages 12-25

Prophet Waters is an administrator under Dr. Ellis at VCC and is over the following ministries:

Judah's Vessels - Praise and Worship Team
Little Victorians - Childrens Choir
Security & Parking - Safety Patrol Officers of VCC

Elder Logan is an administrator under Dr. Ellis at VCC and is over the following ministries:

Health and Wellness - Emergency response team
Member Resources - Member services
Nursing Home - Outreach Teams for Senior 

Elder Ross is an administrator under Dr. Ellis at VCC and is over the following ministries:

Evangelism - Church and street team that engages with individual  to bring them to Christ.
Women of Purpose - Womens Department of VCC
Nifty Fifties - Senior Department for ages 50 and over.

Elder Stills is an administrator under Dr. Ellis at VCC and is over the following ministries:

Deacons/Deaconess - Deacons Ministries
Voices of Victory -  VCC Church Choir
Special Events - Set-up and breakdown of all events

Elder Walker is an administrator under Dr. Ellis at VCC and is over the following ministries:

Children Church -Church for Minors

VCC Cafe Lounge - Book Store and social space
