Dr. Ellis is the establishmentarian and pastor of Victory Christian Center of Philadelphia. He sheppards the entire flock that God has assigned to his purview and he personally oversees and is the  administrator for the following ministries:

Dr. Proctor is the Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor of VCC. His oversight spans to all areas of church administration and business as assigned by our Senior Pastor. He has a heart for our Pastor, Church, and Youth and is personally is the administrator over:
